We’re looking for a Logistics Assistant to help us with our shipping and receiving. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and be able to work independently.
- Update and monitor inventory and warehouse space allocations
- Provide administrative support for the logistics and transportation departments
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments
- Conduct clerical duties, including file organization, data input, and mailing
- Process accounts payable invoices
- Conduct research for executive management
- Maintain office equipment and facilities
- Perform other duties as assigned
We are looking for someone with:
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Knowledge of warehouse management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of verbal and written communication
- Excellent attention-to-detail skills
- Proven ability to function independently and as part of a team
- High level of initiative
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
