👋What are our wishes:
A Machine Learning Engineer with a strong focus on governance and controls for AI/ML workloads within Databricks, specifically with experience in agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing and implementing best practices for machine learning lifecycle management, data governance, and compliance in cloud environments, while effectively integrating agentic AI capabilities into MLOps processes.
Required Skills:
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Databricks, with a solid understanding of agentic AI concepts and architectures.
- Governance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of data governance, model governance, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), particularly as they relate to autonomous systems.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their respective AI/ML services, including those that support agentic AI functionalities.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or R, with experience in developing agentic AI solutions.
- Data Engineering: Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Delta Lake) to support the data needs of agentic AI systems.
