We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Learning Integration Specialist to join our team, dedicated to enhancing the educational experience in the Philippine basic education schools. As a Learning Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in integrating technology, modern teaching methodologies, and educational resources to create an engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with educators to identify opportunities for integrating technology into the curriculum.
· Deliver training sessions for teachers to enhance their digital literacy and instructional technology skills.
· Conduct orientation for students and parents to inform them how an e-learning tool helps in their learning journey.
· Evaluate existing educational technologies and recommend solutions that align with curriculum objectives.
· Provide ongoing support to educators in implementing innovative teaching strategies and tools.
· Foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptability among educators and students.
· Stay informed about current trends and advancements in educational technology.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, Psychology, Communications, or any related field.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to provide training and support to educators.
· Passion for enhancing the learning experience and fostering innovation in education.
Preferred Skills:
· Familiarity with E-Learning and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
· Highly computer literate.
· Training and facilitation skills.
