Key Responsibilities
General Cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas, including offices, storage facilities, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Sweep, mop, and disinfect surfaces regularly.
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure proper waste segregation.
- Remove weeds, pests, and debris from designated areas outside the brewery.
Maintenance Duties
- Inspect and maintain plantation equipment, tools, and machinery.
- Perform (or assists) minor repairs on equipment or facilities as needed.
Safety Compliance
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.
- Report hazards, damages, or unusual occurrences to supervisors.
Support for Plantation Operations
- Assist in pick and pack, stickering, box forming and carrier forming activity in Warehouse
- Helps in bottle washing
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Experience in maintenance, cleaning, or agricultural work is an advantage.
Basic understanding of cleaning agents, tools, and maintenance equipment.
Physical fitness to handle labor-intensive tasks and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Working Conditions
- Primarily outdoor work in a plantation setting, often in hot and humid conditions.
- May involve lifting heavy objects and working with agricultural tools and machinery.

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
