JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a responsible and skilled Company Driver/Machine Technician to support our operations in the slope-protection materials and equipment trading industry. This dual-role involves driving company vehicles to transport materials and equipment, and providing hands-on technical support for the inspection, maintenance, and minor repair of pneumatic drilling machines and other related construction tools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Company Driver:
- Safely transport staff, materials, and equipment between sites.
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness, proper documentation, and routine maintenance (oil changes, tire pressure, etc.).
- Monitor and report vehicle condition and schedule necessary repairs.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and trip logs.
As a Machine Technician:
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machines.
- Conduct testing/commissioning of machines
- Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend solutions.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and service logs.
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus.
- Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a driver and/or technician.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php580.00 per day
