Qualifications:
- Graduate of any related courses ; completed vocational training
- Proven experience as Machinist
- Experience in using manual or semi-automated tools and machines (Slotter, Milling, Lathes)
- Knowledgeable in the properties of metal and other materials
- Can lift heavy items
Responsibilities:
- Operates and maintains slotter machines, milling and lathes
- Takes precise measurement for cutting and shaping
- Plans proper sequence of task to complete assigned tasks
- Coordinates closely with production personnel to identify needed tasks to perform
- Maintains a safe and clean workstation
