Maintenance Associate:
The Maintenance Associate is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment. This role supports daily operations by addressing maintenance requests, assisting with preventive maintenance, and following safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems.
- Carry out basic repairs on plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and structural components.
- Assist in preventive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and prolong equipment life.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and storage spaces.
- Assist with installation or assembly of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures and report hazards to management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to use hand tools and basic power tools safely.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
