RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for managing and tracking all parts, supplies, and equipment used for facility maintenance by accurately recording incoming inventory, storing it properly, issuing parts as needed, performing regular cycle counts, and coordinating with maintenance personnel to ensure timely access to necessary items for repairs and upkeep; essentially acting as the central hub for all maintenance-related inventory within a facility and team collaboration with Inventory Checker. Key responsibilities may include:
- Inventory Management:
- Receiving and verifying incoming maintenance parts and supplies against purchase orders.
- Properly storing inventory in designated areas, including labeling and organization to facilitate easy access.
- Issuing parts and supplies to maintenance technicians based on work orders.
- Performing regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Identifying and addressing inventory discrepancies.
- Purchasing and Ordering:
- Monitoring stock levels and initiating purchase orders for needed parts and supplies.
- Maintaining vendor relationships and negotiating pricing
- Researching and identifying new suppliers as needed
- Record Keeping:
- Maintaining detailed inventory records using computer systems or spreadsheets
- Generating reports on inventory levels, usage trends, and potential cost savings
- Tracking equipment warranties and maintenance schedules
- Collaboration:
- Working closely with maintenance technicians to understand repair needs and identify required parts
- Coordinating with the maintenance supervisor on inventory planning and budget management
- Other duties may include:
- Maintaining a clean and organized tool crib
- Managing the return and repair process for damaged or faulty parts
- Assisting with inventory audits and physical counts
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean and organized inventory area
- Basic understanding of maintenance procedures and equipment
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- Good communication skills to collaborate with maintenance staff

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
