Performs inspection and checking of equipment’s parameters and records diligently and accurately to the official forms in accordance with the established Procedures and Instructions.
Responds to service calls and performs corrective maintenance in accordance with the Manuals, established Procedures, Work instructions, and Engineering guidelines.
Discusses and deliberates with the Facilities Engineer the result of any diagnostic activity.
Performs mechanic and technical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, electronics, and plumbing to conduct troubleshooting and repair of the Facilities Equipment and utilities found to be out of order and or outside the established operating parameters in accordance with the Equipment Manual, Work Instructions, and Engineering guidelines.
Performs buildings and grounds maintenance activities such as but not limited to masonry and painting works, roof leaks repair works, minor steel fabrication works.
Performs regular Preventive Maintenance to the assigned equipment in accordance with the approved Schedule, Equipment Manual, established Procedures and Instructions.
Responds to any emergencies as directed by the immediate superior.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate of any Vocational / Technical course related to Electro-mechanical technology or related courses

2. With 2 years work experience in the same industry, position or equivalent

3. Preferably NCII holder

4. Willing to work at Suntrust Ecotown, Brgy Sahud-Ulan, Tanza, Cavite
