Management Trainee – Duties & Responsibilities (Casual Dining)
- Support daily restaurant operations (front & back of house).
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest issues.
- Assist with staff supervision, scheduling, and training.
- Operate POS system and handle cash procedures.
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Participate in staff meetings and on-the-job training.
- Promote in-store offers and gather customer feedback.
Job Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of a 4-year course in Business Management or any related field (Hospitality, Marketing, or similar).
- Minimum 6 months experience in a restaurant or casual dining environment preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and customer interaction.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is a plus.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
