We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Management Trainee to oversee daily activities, maintain quality standards, and lead a dynamic team at our Lechon Haus CDO location.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service & Experience
- Ensure outstanding customer experience within the store vicinity
- Engage with customers, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns
- Train and motivate staff for excellent customer service
2. Food Production Management
- Oversee daily food production and ensure quality standards
- Enforce food safety and cleanliness protocols
3. Inventory Management & Delivery Monitoring
- Manage stock levels and inventory records
- Monitor and validate deliveries
- Ensure timely stocking and organization
4. Scheduling & Employee Management
- Prepare employee schedules
- Conduct training, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
- Promote teamwork and employee morale
5. Quality Control Management
- Inspect store operations, cleanliness, and service regularly
- Resolve operational issues to maintain standards
6. Daily Reporting & Paperwork Handling
- Submit daily sales, expenses, and manpower reports
- Organize bills, receipts, and transaction records
- Maintain documents for compliance and audits
7.Cash Handling & Financial Management
- Oversee cash register operations, reconciliation, and safekeeping
- Ensure accurate and secure handling of financial transactions
