- Provide expert guidance, coaching, and performance management to foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth within the PMO team.
- Assign projects and portfolios to team members, ensuring optimal workload distribution, skill alignment, and career development opportunities.
- Project Execution Oversight & Quality Assurance:
- Serve as a critical "check and balance" mechanism, providing oversight and guidance to QOET Engineering Leads on project management best practices, process adherence, and quality standards.
- Drive accountability for project execution and milestones from both the PMO team and QOET Engineering teams.
- Lead the proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of portfolio-level risks and issues, facilitating critical decision-making for complex challenges.

- Facilitate the resolution of complex project conflicts or prioritization disagreements, escalating to appropriate leadership levels when necessary.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination between the QOET PMO, QOET teams, and external departments.
