This is a remote position.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Sydney Time with 1 hour unpaid break.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Create and schedule engaging content tailored for the local tradie audience using tools like Canva and Meta Business Suite.
- Assist with setting up and sending email newsletters (Mailchimp or similar).
- Support the creation of simple marketing materials (digital flyers, quote templates, service brochures).
- Update or maintain a simple website or landing page with current services and promotions (e.g., via WordPress or Wix).
- Collect and track marketing performance data (social media reach, engagement, website visits).
- Assist with setting up Google My Business and basic SEO tasks.
- Research local competitors and suggest basic improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing or admin support for small businesses (preferred).
- Basic understanding of trades or service-based industries in Australia.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Canva, email marketing tools, and social media platforms.
- Reliable, self-starter, and able to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
- Experience with paid ads (Facebook or Google), or Tradie job management tools.
