The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Job Description:
Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement various marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and target market.
Lead Campaigns: Develop and execute effective lead marketing campaigns to attract potential clients.
Social Media Marketing: Create and manage high-quality content, including social media content across various social media platforms and newsletter.
Public Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, sub-agents, school representatives, and prospective clients.
Team Management: Lead and guide the marketing team in implementing and conducting marketing-related activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years relevant experience in marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience managing and mentoring marketing teams.
