Role and Responsibilities:
- Analyzes company's new market opportunities and conduct new product development and launch.
- Executes product and brand communication to ensure the right market positioning.
- Assesses competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation
- Coordinates with manufacturing and R&D to ensure smooth product availability.
- Coordinates with sales and production to establish demand forecasting.
- Analyzes customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships. Integrate consumer feedback into product design and enhancements.
- Monitors product quality, cost and pricing to easily identify opportunities for cost reductions and quality improvements
- Solves problems regarding products together with related departments.
- Improves product portfolios and marketing mix to help drive share, Net Sales and Profitability
- Provides technical information on supporting and testing.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field
- 5 years of Senior Officer or Supervisory Role in product management and development, ideally in the home and construction industry
- ERP skills for inventory, pricing, orders, and reports
- Strong knowledge of product development from concept to launch
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to travel from time to time
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php36,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
