JOB SUMMARY
The QA/QC Engineer (MEPFS) is responsible for ensuring that all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Sanitary works on the construction site comply with applicable codes, standards, specifications, and project quality requirements. The role involves inspection, documentation, and coordination with engineering, construction, and third-party teams.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Overall Quality Assurance & Quality Control site inspection (including NSC prior to Management inspection)
· Inspection & Testing (shall be present to witness the testing and commissioning, with utilities and safety measures)
· Documentation
· Site Coordination & Compliance.
· Site inspection.
· Creating of method statement.
· Coordination with Nominated subcontractors
· Final hand-over to Project Management Team after overall inspection (including NSC)
· Ascertaining all particulars relating to Project Management Team and Owner’s Team and Direct Supply works in regards to all MEPFS items/works.
· Preliminary Review/Consolidation/Submission of all Test Certificates/Reports/Samples, Design Calculation, Brochures, Mill Certificates, Coordination with the team, NSC, Project Management Team and Owner.
· Preliminary review/consolidation/submission of all Submittals (SUT) and Request for Information (RFI) for shop drawings, cutting list, material samples, etc.
· Preparation of consolidated shop drawings (shall review and coordinated with the NSC’s shop drawings)
· Preliminary review/consolidation/submission of As-built Drawing including operations and maintenance manual, warranties, progress photos.
· Conducting and coordinating MEPFS trainings and seminars (if applicable and required by the Project Management Team and/or Owner regarding turn-over MEPFS items (ex. Mechanical Systems (e.g., HVAC, lifts), Electrical Systems (e.g., switchgears, panelboards, lighting systems), Plumbing and Sanitary Systems (e.g., water supply, drainage), Fire Protection Systems (e.g., sprinklers, alarms, extinguishers) another specialized systems (as applicable).

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
