Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Merchandiser to plan and implement merchandising strategies that promote product visibility, increase sales, and enhance the customer shopping experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with buyers, store managers, and marketing teams to ensure that products are well presented, properly stocked, and aligned with customer preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop merchandising strategies based on customer trends and market analysis.
- Visit retail locations to ensure product displays are aligned with company standards.
- Maintain inventory levels by reordering stock
- Set up visual displays, signage, and promotional materials to enhance product appeal.
- Monitor sales and product performance to optimize stock levels and display placements.
- Collaborate with marketing and store teams to execute seasonal or promotional campaigns.
- Train and guide retail staff on product knowledge and merchandising standards.
- Get feedback from store personnel
- Submit sales report
- Monitor competitors' activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar retail role.
- Strong understanding of retail and consumer behavior.
- Excellent visual presentation and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with inventory management tools and Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma required; a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
