Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitors fuel consumption and fuel efficiency records of all equipment, owned or rented.
- Maintains equipment utilization records of rented and owned equipment.
- Assists in monitoring the movement and location of equipment deployed at project sites.
- Assists in analyzing data and reports to direct superior any findings or results.
- Assists in processing new and/or renewal of insurance and LTO registrations of vehicles and equipment.
- Ensures proper filing of pertinent documents.
- Submits required reports on time and ensures they are accurate.
- Maintains confidential information by adhering to legal and ethical standards
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Adheres to all safety and Company rules and regulations.
- Performs other functions that maybe assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Job Specifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Highly organized and detailed-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php14,000.00 per month
