JOB SUMMARY:
The Multimedia Artist is responsible for creating visually compelling content that showcases our products and brand. This role involves designing graphics for social media, promotional materials, website banners, and in-store signages. The ideal candidate is a creative professional with a strong eye for detail, a passion for food and design, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual concepts.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design Creation
- Develop creative and engaging visual content, including promotional banners, social media posts, email newsletters, and advertisements, aligning with the company’s brand identity.
Product Photography & Editing
- Collaborate with the team to capture high-quality images and enhance them with photo editing software.
Menu Design
- Assist with creating visually appealing digital menus and printed materials that reflect seasonal offerings and promotions.
Brand Consistency
- Ensure all artwork and visuals are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines, tone, and messaging across all marketing materials.
Social Media Assets
- Design captivating images, videos, and animations for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) that drive engagement and highlight new products, events, and promotions.
Collaboration

Trend Research
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.

- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content while meeting quality standards.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Visual Arts, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Information Technology or any related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital/Multimedia Artist or Graphic Designer, preferably in the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
- Strong proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.).
- Solid understanding of photography, videography, and photo editing (light retouching, color correction).
- Knowledge of social media platforms and how to optimize visuals for each.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Passion for food, design, and storytelling through visual art.
- Basic knowledge of web design or UX/UI.
- Familiarity with food photography techniques and lighting.
