As a Multimedia Artist, you will be responsible for producing a variety of digital content including graphics, animations, video production, and interactive media. You will work closely with marketing, product development, and customer engagement teams to develop compelling visual storytelling that aligns with our business goals. Your creativity and technical skills will play a key role in shaping our brand's visual identity and communicating our mission to our customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other multimedia software tools (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Blender).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia projects and creativity in graphic design, video editing, and animation.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the recreational industry or related fields is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality visual content, including digital graphics, illustrations, animations, and video productions, for marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and online platforms.
- Collaborate with various business units to understand their visual content needs and develop creative solutions that meet project objectives.
- Develop and manage multimedia projects from concept to completion, ensuring all assets align with brand standards and deadlines.
- Utilize motion graphics and animation techniques to create engaging visual narratives for online and offline use.
- Regularly update and maintain the company’s digital media library, ensuring assets are organized and easily accessible.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply best practices in multimedia production.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for multimedia content that enhances customer engagement.
