Manage incoming and outgoing consumer call/emails
Professionally answer customer inquiries
Identify the needs of the client and provide solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams and raise concerns if needed.
Support the mentoring and onboarding of new members
Suggest and upsell pertinent goods and services.
