Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or other non-voice channels
- Provide accurate and timely assistance to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
- Document all interactions and transactions properly
- Work closely with team members to ensure excellent service delivery
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent typing speed and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
