Education:
1. Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Physical or Occupational Therapy in an accredited school by the Commission on Higher Education.
2. Licensed physical or occupational therapist as certified by the Professional Regulations Commission and holds an active PRC license.
1. Assists in selection, orientation, and training of staff and volunteers/externs.
2. Provides quality physical or occupational therapy services, including assessment, intervention, and program planning and goal-setting with patients.
3. Performs evaluation of clients and interprets this evaluation to develop treatment interventions to achieve stated goals.
4. Documents all services and maintains records as required.
5. Monitors own performance and pursues own professional growth and development.
And other related or non-related duties assigned by the Section Head/Chief of Rehabilitation.
