JOB SUMMARY:
Ensures reliability of inventory database through accurate posting and review of transactions related to issuance. Additionally is responsible in the proper documentation of critical transactions concerning materials issuance, including generation of reports and carrying out basic clerical functions.
JOB ROLES:
- Analyzes and verifies stock requisitions as to approval, quantity, specification and charging. And assist in the issuance of materials.
- Settles/Resolves concerns on problematic withdrawals.
- Conducts real time and accurate posting of issue transactions to ensure reliability of inventory databank.
- Does proofreading of processed SRs to ensure accuracy.
- Checks and processes SR returns.
- Realizes the importance and benefits of having a clean and organized workplace and exhibits active participation in housekeeping activities.
- Shows awareness of all safety and health rules and regulations and observes strict compliance to the same.
