The Office & Administrative Staff is responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing day-to-day office tasks, supporting staff and management, maintaining records, and ensuring a professional and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails professionally.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring records are up to date and easily accessible.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars.
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, memos, and presentations.
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Support HR, finance, and other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and organized.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
