Office Staff (HMO In-Charge) is responsible for Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) benefits administration, handling queries, and coordinating with HMO providers for claims and enrollments. Ensure that accurate records of employee HMO coverage and any updates are maintained. Perform other office duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business-related courses
- Experience in HMO administration or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Google Forms/Sheets
