- Provide clerical support such as filing, scanning, and document organization
- Collaborate with operations staff to understand and map out existing workflows and processes
- Support the creation of visual aids and process guides
- Help ensure documentation aligns with compliance and internal quality standards
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any other field.
- Present a letter of endorsement from the school
- Excellent with communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledgeable in basic computer skills - Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Can start ASAP
