Shef Onboarding Specialist Work from Home Set-up (Part-time)
Qualifications:
•Ability to speak by phone in English during PST or EST working hours
•Ability to manage a dozen simultaneous written SMS conversations
•Strong attention to detail — able to understand processes and communicate them to applicants, take notes, fill out different tracking documents
•Ability to hustle and get applicants to take the next steps, creating deadlines, and hold applicants accountable
•Ability to work independently and proactively problem-solve and find answers
•Comfortable being responsible for a "sales" quota (i.e., total onboarded shefs / getting our candidates across the finish line in our process)
Core Responsibilities:
•Manage a pipeline of 50+ inbound shef applicants at any given time, moving them through the onboarding process
- Get qualified applicants to quickly complete specific steps at each phase of onboarding (such as submitting a menu proposal, completing a tasting, attending an event to have their photography done, building their profile, and creating their menu on our site, etc.)•Hit monthly targets
