Call Center Agent – On-Site | Batangas City

Job Overview:
- Conduct outbound calls for surveys, sales, or event invitations
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer emails
- Update and maintain customer records in the system
- Respond to emails
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Office or Google Drive
- Meet service level agreements set forth
- Adhere to company guidelines and complete assigned tasks on time
Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
- Fast learner, customer-oriented, and highly adaptable
- No BPO experience required — fresh graduates are welcome to apply
