Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Execution:
- Ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services necessary for the daily operations of the organization. Identify and manage procurement-related risks such as supply disruptions, compliance issues, and quality failures.
Identifying and Specifying Requirements:
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Production, Maintenance, and Logistics) to determine material or service requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, detailed specifications to guide procurement activities.
Issuing Purchase Orders:
- Generate and manage purchase orders (POs) using ERP or procurement systems.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of POs and that they align with internal approvals and budget constraints.
Order Expediting and Monitoring:
- Track the status of open orders and proactively follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve any delays, discrepancies, or issues in delivery schedules to avoid operational disruptions.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain up-to-date procurement records, including supplier information, contracts, and order history.
- Generate regular reports on procurement performance, cost efficiency, and policy compliance.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and relevant legal/regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to supply continuity, supplier reliability, or contractual non-compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year course graduate) in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Proficient in using SAP S/4HANA, including understanding of key T-Codes related to procurement and master data management.
- With 2-3 years of experience as an SAP S/4HANA
- With good understanding of SAP S/4HANA processes and transaction codes (T-Codes) used in procurement and supply chain functions.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
