Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and file paperwork and documents efficiently.
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts for accuracy and compliance.
- Fill out various applications and ensure proper follow-up.
- Maintain and manage office files, both offline and digital, ensuring accessibility and security.
- Track and manage financial documents, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Be familiar with or quickly adapt to processes involving permits and other business applications.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Background: Preferably an ex-paralegal with a strong desire for a career shift.
- Software Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word & Excel.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Independent Worker: Ability to work independently while adhering to managerial guidance.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new software or systems.
- Confidentiality: Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Growth Mindset: Strong desire to learn, grow, and adapt in a business environment.

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
