LOOKING FOR FRESH GRADS AND UNDERGRADUATE SENIORS
InterLeukin’s Operational Excellence team is looking for an Operational Excellence Trainee to join us in Manila, Philippines. In this role, you will be expected to participate in the preparation of internal and external Operational tasks, QA Testing, process monitoring, and communication with consulting suppliers or buyers. You should be a motivated team player who is organized and can maintain efficiency and accuracy when handling tasks.
If hired, you will be given the option to participate in the Shadow Program, the company’s pre-employment internship program wherein interns will be trained to become the next employees and leaders of InterLeukin. This is a 3-to-6-month training program where you will be given tasks and KPIs to achieve depending on the department you are applying for. Additionally, you may request to be trained in another department besides your assigned department. This program is ideal for undergraduates in their senior year and fresh grads.
What You'll Do
- Familiarize yourself with the main product of the company (the InterLeukin platform), know the different vendors and buyer clients of the company, and understand the process workflow of the platform to support the clients
- Assist the Business Development team on any administrative and customer support needs.
- Identify and resolve customer needs and issues, and provide appropriate assistance accordingly
- Follow up with customers to ensure all their issues are resolved and documenting said follow-up
- Coordinate with the concern department to ensure customer issues are resolved
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
- Prepare and maintain daily electronic records of daily activities
- Arrange meetings and appointments, and provide reminders as needed
- Maintain a strong, positive relationship with internal and external clients
- Generate leads for the company via call and email communication
- Manage the end-to-end supplier onboarding process and the continuous maintenance of the supplier portal
- Take detailed notes and keep records of all healthcare customer support scenarios
- Performing other tasks as required by supervisor and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/College degree in any 4-year program
- Has a working knowledge of different Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
- Can build strong customer and stakeholder relationships
- Strong time management
- Accountable and reliable on the handling of customer needs, concerns, and issues
- Passion for customer service
- Knowledgeable on Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
