Job Overview:
IMMA is seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, manpower planning, and client coordination. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, ensure legal and policy compliance, and drive process improvement across the organization. This role is key to maintaining operational excellence in a dynamic manpower deployment environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (any field relevant to operations, business, or management)
- 8–10 years of professional experience in operations management or a related field
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Manpower Planning & Deployment: Ensure efficient and timely allocation of manpower to meet client demands.
- Team Leadership & Client Coordination: Supervise teams, manage staff performance, and act as the key liaison with clients.
- Compliance & Labor Law Knowledge: Stay updated and ensure full compliance with relevant labor laws and industry regulations.
- Operational Strategy & Process Optimization: Design and implement effective operational strategies and streamline internal processes for improved efficiency.
- Strong Communication & Problem Solving: Effectively communicate across all levels and resolve operational issues proactively.
- Proficient in MS Office & Reporting Tools: Use technology tools to track, report, and improve business performance metrics.
