We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our teams, manage client relationships, and drive growth for Archers Contact Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VA agency operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth processes and high team performance.
- Supervise, support, and monitor virtual assistants to meet performance standards and deadlines.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handle escalations, and maintain strong relationships.
- Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and KPIs.
- Mentor team members for optimal productivity.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar management role.
- Proven track record managing a Virtual Assistant (VA) agency (not BPO).
- Client management expertise with a focus on relationship building and retention.
- Sales experience with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and operations management software.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong skills in data analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Background in process improvement and performance monitoring.
- Solid experience managing multi-functional teams.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
