The Operations Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring efficient tenant management, prompt resolution of concerns, timely processing of lease contracts, and coordination of building maintenance and repairs. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent service to tenants and maintaining the overall functionality of real estate assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft lease agreements, contract renewals, and official tenant communications
- Prepare building announcements, memos, and notices to tenants regarding schedules, policies, or service interruptions
- Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints with prompt and appropriate action
- Oversee and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building issues
- Coordinate with maintenance staff, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of work
- Monitor lease expirations, rent schedules, and assist in processing move-in/move-out documents
- Ensure all tenant records, lease files, and communications are updated and properly filed
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure building standards are met
- Resolve operational challenges and implement preventive measures to avoid recurring issues
- Coordinate with accounting for billing, utilities, and tenant charge-related concerns
- Support property marketing efforts and assist in the coordination of property viewings

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
