Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or College Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Supply Management, Information Technology, and other related courses.
- With good scholastic records, basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel or Word), and good moral character, who can relate to all levels of people.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Objectives: The primary objective is to maintain accurate records of inventories, ensuring items are accurately received, recorded, or picked for distribution in a timely manner. Maintain close coordination with the Logistics Specialists to ensure the accurate execution of inventory transfer requests.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for real-time recording of inventory transactions such as transfers, outsourced production, material receiving, reclassification, and conversion of items.
- To achieve an accurate real-time inventory balance, ensure that all inventory transactions or stock movements are properly executed in the ERP System in compliance with the established business processes and systems manual.
- Accurately record receipts and transfers in SAP ERP, ensuring real-time inventory updates.
- Interface with Logistics Specialists for deliveries and other inventory inquiries.
- Coordinate with the warehousemen concerning shipments and report overshipped, short-shipped, and damaged items received to the purchaser.
- Ensure proper documentation of all goods that are coming in and out of Guirayan Warehouse, Zaragosa, and BGC Showroom.
- Ensure accurate recording and monitoring of demo pool and service units.
- Conduct a regular inventory reconciliation to establish an accurate and real-time inventory balance.
- Ensure strict adherence to duly established company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
