Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers as directed.
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally over the phone.
• Follow call scripts or guidelines and accurately record responses or updates.
• Maintain call logs and update internal systems with relevant notes.
• Report on call outcomes and flag any key findings or concerns to the supervisor.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone with a variety of people.
