A rapidly growing US-based start-up renewable energy company, in partnership with ClientMaker Solutions, is expanding their campaign.
We are looking to onboard talented Outbound Sales Agents to join our dynamic team in the coming weeks, with opportunities for career advancement as the campaign continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to customers in the United States.
- Promote our energy products and services, emphasizing the benefits and competitive advantages.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections effectively to close sales.
- Maintain a strong follow-up process to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate details in our CRM, promptly inputting customer notes and information.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in the Energy industry, performing outbound phone sales; OR a minimum of 3 years solid Outbound Phone Sales experience.
- Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written—and strong organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Capable of a multi-tone voice that conveys emotional energy and connects with the customer over the phone.
- Proven ability to resolve customer objections quickly and smoothly while maintaining a calm composure.
- Ability to maintain high-quality call volume and exceptional time management.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
Must-Haves:
- Consistent attendance and punctuality are an absolute must!
- Dedicated and quiet workspace.
- Reliable computer equipment and a noise-canceling headset are required.
- Reliable backup power supply and internet connection.
Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm EST (New York Time)
- Potential for shift flexibility in the future
- Starting pay of Php 40,000/month (paid bi-weekly) + commissions
