I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Attends to all guests’ needs (ex. Refills, queries,add. order etc.)
· Served food and drink to customers in an effective manner and with accordance to customer’s preference.
· Ensures that food and beverage orders taken are complete and correct.
· Ensures that food and beverage ordered by guests are delivered on time within the company’s standard.
· Provides feedback to the management of any guest’s comments, queries and suggestions.
· Ensure that guests in his/her section assigned settles their bill.
· Keeps himself/ herself updated and informed one new development and directions communicated by management.
· Contributes ideas, systems and procedures for the service area.
· Ensure restaurant restroom, ambiance, decors, design are well maintained
· Assist kitchen staff and out delivery staff (if any) whenever such assistance is required.
· Responsible for the cleanliness and completeness of table set up following the company’s standards.
· Support other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed
II. QUALIFICATIONS
· Vocational Course Certificate/ College Graduate related in Food and Beverage Industry.
· Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as dining staff
· Has the ability to learn quickly
· Has a good customer service skills
· Has a good verbal communication skills and detail oriented
· Ability to manage personal responsibilities in a high-stress, fast-paced working environment
