Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to generate qualified sales opportunities or close deals.
- Collaborate with Verifiers and the Business Manager to share call insights and optimize strategies.
- Track all activities, conversations, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system.
- Perform consistent follow-ups via phone and digital channels.
- Engage with business owners and decision-makers to identify their challenges and offer tailored solutions.
- Handle objections confidently and close or progress leads on the first call when possible.
- Maintain a high volume of outreach while remaining professional, persistent, and goal-driven.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
- Strong communication skills — both verbal and written.
- Proven success in selling to US-based clients or international markets.
- Skilled in consultative selling and confident in handling objections.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote work setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools.
- Background in marketing or digital services sales is a plus.
