GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Paid Search/ SEM Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you'll support SEM efforts for a global tech client, focusing on search ad performance, keyword research, and campaign optimization. You’ll use tools like Google Ads, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to help drive international growth, manage large budgets, and execute A/B testing strategies.

The Schedule:
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
The Role:
- Support SEM campaign setup: keyword selection, ad copy, and landing page alignment
- Conduct keyword and competitor research using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Keyword Planner
- Collaborate with regional teams to localize/refine keywords and ad copy
- Review daily search terms and apply negative keywords
- Monitor daily spend pacing and report any variances
- Assist with A/B testing and landing page updates
- Pull and analyze SEM performance data for weekly and monthly reports
The Requirements:
- 3+ years of SEM experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
- Strong proficiency in English (verbal & written)
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (V-lookups, pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Strong editing skills – tools provided (Grammarly, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Experience managing Google Search Ads
- Comfortable with spreadsheet-based analysis
Nice to have:
- Basic experience with Salesforce reporting
- Familiarity with Figma or similar tools for editing creative assets
- Experience launching SEM in new international markets
- Experience managing high-budget SEM campaigns
The Compensation:
- ₱70,000 to ₱80,000/month
