Job Summary:
The Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing procurement activities across the holding company and its subsidiaries. This includes sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role supports centralized procurement functions, helping to achieve economies of scale and improve procurement efficiency across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and service to meet the organization’s requirements.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors to secure optimal value.
- Coordinate procurement activities for centralized purchases serving multiple subsidiaries within the group.
- Maintain and manage vendor databases, purchase records, and procurement documentation.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any quality or service issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., finance, legal, operations) to align procurement with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to procurement efficiency initiatives.
- Assist in preparing procurement reports and analysis for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in a holding company or multi-entity structure.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php49,000.00 per month
