PART TIME CALL CENTER AGENT (OUTBOUND)
Job Description:
- Outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitation and/or sales
- Inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close lead/sales
- Data entry to update customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Respond to emails
- Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive
- Meet service level agreements set forth
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and time management
- Customer-oriented with adaptability to various personality types
- Intelligent and quick to learn
- No BPO experience required; students, homemakers, and part-time workers are encouraged to apply
