We are looking for Cebu-based and Part-time HR Recruitment associate who will be responsible for the following:
1. Continuous recruitment and training of associates and agents
2. Monitoring of schedules and attendance of our agents
3. Training and coaching of our agents
3. Shall ensure that our agents are complying to the rules and policies of the company.
4. Provide regular reports and updates to the top management.
5. We are looking for business-minded people.
6. This is a part-time position but we will absorb performing part-timers
7. Must have a work experience specifically in the field of recruitment, not required but will be a big advantage.
8. Excellent communication skills.
9. You must be knowledgeable in Excel and Google Sheets.
10. Must be knowledgeable in Powerpoint.
11. You must be active in social media especially in Facebook and FB Messenger.
12. Must have a computer and printer.
13. Must have a stable internet connection.
14. We prefer residents of Cebu preferred and is a plus.
