As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a People Associate to strengthen our HR capabilities. This role will focus on delivering a high-quality employee experience and contribute directly to a culture where people can do their best work through effective hiring, operational support, and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for junior-level roles
- Provide day-to-day operational support across employee experience processes (e.g. onboarding, regularization, performance reviews)
- Lead the conceptualization and implementation of improvements to employee experience processes
- Contribute to policy development, updates, and internal documentation
- Contribute to maintaining a team-oriented and high-energy office atmosphere
- Assist the team with ad hoc tasks and cross-functional projects
Requirements
- At least 2-4 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced or start-up environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent task and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Self-starter who can work independently and proactively
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
