Job Responsibilities
- Teach digital natives according to their learning needs and styles
- Facilitate individualized, engaging, and interactive tutorials in both onsite and online settings
- Differentiate instructions based on the learners’ modalities, talents, and disposition
- Customize tutorial programs and activities to address the learners’ tutoring needs and challenges
- Inspire and encourage learners’ creativity, critical thinking, and independence
- Respond (to) and coordinate (with) the Head Teacher on their tutees’ tutoring needs (e.g., homework, queries, schedules, etc.)
Job Specifications
- Possess at least Bachelor/College Degree in Education/Teaching/Training
- Preferably with 1-4 years of teaching experience AND a licensed teacher
- Familiar with DepEd's curriculum
- Excellent in communication (oral and written), grammar, and composition
- Knowledgeable on digital tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom)
- Passionate and has a big heart for teaching
- Willing to work in a 1-year contract (for part-time)
