Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential partner merchants, including restaurants, other food establishments and shops.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective partner merchants.
Negotiate partnership terms and agreements that align with both the company's objectives and the merchant's needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new partner merchants.
Monitor and analyze the performance of partner merchants to optimize their presence on the platform.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for partnership.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite software.
Knowledge of the local food scene and culinary trends is a plus.
