Key Responsibilities
· Answer calls and reach out to patients to update on requests
· Schedule medical appointments
· Provide prompt and accurate information to inquiries
· Create referral and medicine refill requests
Work Schedule
· Graveyard shift
Ideal Candidate
· At least 1 year customer service experience; healthcare experience preferred
· Typing test: 35 WPM typing, 95% accuracy
· Excellent English communication skills
