Responsibilities
o Prepare monthly payroll as per SOP and process provided
o Provide information and answering Tier 1 queries related to payroll inputs o Prepare and/or update the various changes for the employee pay affecting payroll on a monthly basis according to company policy and proper approval level
o Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions. o Prepare and submit tax and third-party payments
o Accurately process payrolls for all employees including timesheet verification & tax setup
o Process employee changes including new hires, reviews, status changes, transfers and terminations o Coordinating with the client SPOC to ensure correct employee data inputs.
o Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records o Process payroll cycles for time worked, overtime, and miscellaneous pay types o Maintain vacation and other time off data and enter into payroll system
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Philippine payroll would be added advantage
- Newly Graduates are encouraged to apply
