The Payroll / Human Resource Administrator handles and supports various employee programs within the organization and works closely with the Human Resource Manager. This position performs work of moderate difficulty in benefits administration, payroll, collecting data, and employment law compliance, and related work as assigned.
Job Duties
- Analyze, prepare, and input payroll data to include garnishments, vacation time, sick time, and overtime
- Utilize Time and Attendance system to produce accurate and timely payroll hours
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws
- Review electronic and paper time sheets for completeness, accuracy, and contact various department supervisors for any missed times
- Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
- Assist with new-employee orientations
- Assist with benefits administration and communicating benefits information to employees
- Maintain human resource information system records and compile reports from the database
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations

Pay: Php16,770.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
